UCLA did not say whether the woman was charged with any crime, nor did it immediately reply to The Post’s request for additional comment. The woman who allegedly flashed the Taser was detained by campus security and escorted away, KXN News radio reports. Two other protesters could also be seen rushing in to try to grab the man’s sign, with one woman ripping it out of his hands. The man manages to protect his sign, but the woman yanks his hat off as she continues to aggressively accost him before a group of bystanders rush in and yell at the anti-Israel protester to stop.

You won’t believe the story behind this legally haunted house in New York. In the 1960s, the ghost of a young boy/young man was reported seen by a couple of construction workers at The Dakota. A girl dressed in turn-of-the-century clothing was reported seen by painters working at the building several years later.
Here are a few of our favorite haunted houses — haunted, that is, according to legend. We’ve limited this list to free-standing homes and townhouses, not apartment towers — many still standing and many still used as private homes and businesses. Lastly, Pure Terror Scream Park actually holds a Guinness World Record for the longest walk-through haunted attraction in the world, and that’s why it makes our list. They have 13 haunted attractions which are all equally horrifying, including the new “Jungle Rot” which is new this year. Compared to other haunted houses, this one focuses heavily on a plot and storyline as you navigate your way through the experience.
The penthouse lay vacant for years, but subsequent owner Carlton Alsop claimed to hear Edna’s clicking high heels and the couple’s violent arguments, and his guests often reported seeing horrific, unexplainable sights. His wife left him, his dogs had nervous breakdowns, and things got so bad for Alsop that he eventually had himself committed, before abandoning the penthouse forever. This midtown landmark is not only notable for the talent it draws, but for the ghosts that never leave (gulp). Allegedly, owner David Belasco once lived in an apartment above the theatre with his right-hand lady (a.k.a. the Blue Lady). Belasco passed away in 1931, but his spirit (including the Blue Lady’s) still remains. Both can be seen onstage during performances, sitting in the audience and traveling in the elevator. Once owned by the Tredwell family, this historic Noho townhouse apparently seems to have one member still living here. It’s suspected that Gertrude Tredwell, the last Tredwell to occupy the house until her death in 1933, is keeping an eye on the home she grew up in.
Algonquin Hotel
Built on Dutch colonial governor Peter Stuyvesant’s family farm, legend has it that the cantankerous, peg-legged Dutchman still haunts the area. He’s been known to harass clergymen and parishioners, ring the bells, and loudly interrupt services by stomping around and singing Calvinist hymns in Dutch. If you ever get a chance to stay in any of these places overnight, my advice would be — don’t.
The house — at 3,500 square feet one of Schindler’s largest — hugs the land’s contours like a giant V, the angle nestled into rock. Overlook Mountain, located in Woodstock, is one of the creepiest abandoned places in New York. This area is home to fascinating ruins that were once part of a luxurious hotel. To reach this destination, you’ll need to hike up one of the Catskill Mountains. When you get to the top, you’ll be met with a hauntingly beautiful sight. Rockland Psychiatric Center, located in Orangeburg, is another bone-chilling abandoned building in New York.
Schindler rendered incorrectly the name of a Frank Lloyd Wright landmark, a scale model of which Shamshiri keeps in her house. Moments later, Rocco jumped from his third-floor apartment armed with an assault rifle. He momentarily dropped the gun while trying to get away and went to reach for it, according to surveillance footage. Police repeatedly warned him to “let it go” before shooting him dead.
